Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us through our contact form, including your name, business name, phone number, email address, current website, the service you're interested in, an optional revenue range, and the details you type into the message field. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you send.

When website analytics are enabled, we may also collect standard, non-identifying usage information (such as pages visited and general device/browser type) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or consultation.
• To communicate with you about services you've asked about.
• To understand and improve how the website performs.

We do not sell your personal information.

How your form submission is handled

When online form delivery is active, your submission is sent to our customer-management system so we can follow up. If online delivery is not active, the form will tell you and ask you to reach us by email or phone instead.

SMS / text messaging program

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, Secret Systems may send you text messages related to the inquiry you submitted — for example, confirming we received your request and following up about it. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry; it is not a recurring marketing or promotional program at this time. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the message (e.g. our SMS service provider) or as required by law.

SMS consent is never a condition of doing business with us or of submitting our contact form — you can submit a request without checking the SMS box and we'll follow up by phone or email instead.

Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, when enabled, uses Google Analytics 4 for usage measurement. These services may receive limited technical information (such as your IP address) as part of delivering their functionality. We may also use a customer-management platform to receive and manage inquiries.

Data security

Information you submit through our forms is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection and stored with our database provider, which applies industry-standard access controls to limit who can read it. Access to your information is limited to Joshua Duhon and anyone he specifically authorizes to help respond to your inquiry. We do not currently hold a formal third-party security certification (e.g. SOC 2) for Secret Systems itself; if that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, for as long as needed to provide and support our services, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us by emailing info@secretsystems.io. You can decline to provide information, though this may limit our ability to respond.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
