What is not a small update
Unlimited updates means reasonable updates to your existing website. New pages, major redesigns, custom applications, complex integrations, ecommerce projects, major new functionality and large development work may require a separate quote. We will always tell you which side of the line a request falls on before doing it, and most requests are on the included side.
Google reviews kept current
Recent reviews help visitors trust that a business is active and serving real customers. A site still showing testimonials from years ago quietly says the opposite. We keep legitimate customer reviews displayed on your website current when the required integration or data is available.

Two rules we do not bend: we never generate fake reviews, and we never rewrite a review in a way that changes its meaning. How automatically reviews refresh depends on the review source available for your site; we will be clear about what is in place. If you collect reviews with our Review Stand, keeping the website current with new ones is a natural fit.
Example. A new 5-star Google review comes in. It can be reflected on the website instead of the site continuing to show the same three quotes from launch day.
Monthly performance report
Each month we show you what was worked on and what we are seeing from your website. The point is simple: you can see that Growth Starter is active work, not a monthly hosting charge.

We never invent performance data. If a figure is not available for your site, the report says so rather than filling the gap.

- Unlimited updates do not mean unlimited custom development; new pages, redesigns and new functionality may be quoted separately, and we say so before starting.
- We do not generate, edit the meaning of, or filter reviews to mislead; only legitimate reviews are displayed.
- We do not invent performance data in reports; figures that are unavailable are stated as unavailable.

No. Unlimited means unlimited for reasonable changes to your existing site. What it does not cover is large new development, which we would quote separately.
When a supported review source is connected for your site, yes. When it is not, we still keep the reviews on the site current with legitimate reviews you share with us. We will tell you which applies.
That is fine; it is there when you want it. Some clients read every line and some just want the site handled. Either way the work happens and the record exists.
